Your bust

A portrait: the head and shoulders fill the frame. JPEG, PNG or WebP, shrunk in your browser before being sent.

⚠️ A full-body shot, a profile, or a group photo gives nothing usable. It has to be a portrait: head and shoulders, facing the camera, alone.

Good example: front-facing portrait, evenly lit, neutral background
✅ Like this: facing the camera, at eye level, even light across the whole face.
Bad example: low-angle selfie under blue light, half the face in shadow
⛔ Not like this: low angle, coloured light, half the face in shadow.

Drop a PORTRAIT, facing the camera
A portrait, not a full-body shotThe head and shoulders must fill the frame. In a full-body photo the face is a few pixels wide: you get a silhouette, not a person.
Facing the camera, at eye levelHead straight, looking at the lens. In profile or from above, half the face is missing — and what is missing gets invented.
Well lit, uncovered, aloneDaylight, or facing a window. One face only, no sunglasses, no cap. What cannot be seen cannot be sculpted.
